What we collect

When you complete our apartment-match quiz, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, and your housing preferences (bedrooms, bathrooms, budget range, preferred areas, amenities, pet situation, style preferences, and move-in timeline). We do not collect payment information. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site usage (pages visited, general location, device type).

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and email you a list of apartment communities that match your preferences, and to follow up about your apartment search.

Who we share it with

We share your contact information and preferences with participating apartment communities and property managers in the Mobile, Alabama area so they can contact you about availability. This referral relationship is how we keep the service free for renters. We do not sell your information to anyone outside of this purpose, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties.

Service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — delivers your quiz submission to our inbox.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type).
• Google Analytics — anonymous site-usage measurement via cookies.

Your choices

To have your information corrected or deleted, email hello@mobilealabamaapartments.com and we will remove your submission from our records and notify any community we referred you to.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date above.
